Discounts and Discounted Free Shipping policies listed in this section apply exclusively to our web store at https://www.shop.rockinbgames.com/. All other policies apply to all sales channels which in Rockin' B Games operates unless otherwise identified within those sales channels policies and listings.



Order cancellations are accepted prior to shipment and a full refund will be granted.  If the order has shipped prior to cancellation please see Returns, Refunds, & Replacements section below.

Combining Orders

Rockin' B Games will combine your orders at your request to save you money on shipping as long as you prior order has not been shipped. Combining orders may delay shipping by one business day.


All products are sold in new condition and without damage unless otherwise noted in the item name or description.  

Occasionally, new products arrive with tiny tears in the shrink wrap.  These will be considered new condition without damage unless the shrink wrap is so torn that it would appear someone may have opened the item.  If this is the case it will be noted in the item name or description.  

All items are inspected upon receipt from our distributors and again prior to shipping to our customers.  You will be notified if an error is found and provided with options.

Ding/Dent game boxes are categorized into one of five different classifications. More information can be found under Damage Classifications.

Holding Orders

Rockin' B Games will hold your order at your request to be shipped at a later date for up to 30 days.

Method of Payment

Rockin' B Games accepts credit cards, PayPal, and USA drawn money orders (ie: United States Postal Service; Western Union).

When selecting Money Order as method of payment our mailing address will be provided. Money orders must be received withing 10 business days or your order will be cancelled.


Rockin' B Games currently does not accept pre-orders via our online store.

Price Matching

Rockin' B Games does not maintain a formal price matching policy at this time.

Sales Tax

Ohio customers will be charged 6.75% sales tax on all items purchased.

Special Orders

Rockin' B Games does not maintain a formal special order program at this time. However, Contact Us and we will see what we can do to help you with your special request.

Privacy and Security

Rockin' B Games will not use your personal information in any way not specifically related to doing business with Rockin' B Games. 

Rockin' B Games will not sell or trade your personal information to third party solicitors.

Rockin' B Games does not store personal payment information regarding our customers.  We utilize PayPal and Stripe for our Payment Gateways. ​When using PayPal our store sends the order information to the payment processor and then redirects the you securely to the PayPal's payment gateway’s website page where you specify your credit card information. When the payment is done, the payment processor sends a callback containing payment status information to our store. Your payment information is processed completely on the payment processor side using a secure protocol and isn’t stored or collected by our store in any way. Although our Stripe payment gateway is embedded into our store is performs a similar operation over a secured connection with Stripe. Our Store does not retain any of your credit card information.

Our online store is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, which is the top security standard for e-commerce solutions. The store always operates under HTTPS. You should see the lock image below during the checkout process. The certificate image will appear when you hover over the lock.

Returns, Refunds, & Replacements

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after receiving your order, please use the Contact Us form on this site to request a return.  The request must be made within 30 days of receipt and the product must be in the same condition as originally ordered.  A full refund / credit for the product will be issued upon receipt and inspection of product condition. The original shipping amount will not be refunded and the cost of return shipping will be at the customer's expense.  Please use the original shipping carton and packing materials to return the product.

If a product is returned and not in the same condition as ordered only a partial refund / credit will be issued.

Damaged Order

If a product is received in damaged condition (product packaging prior to opening) and was not ordered as a damaged product please Contact Us within 5 days of receipt.

Missing or Damaged Parts

If internal parts are missing or damaged from a new game please contact the manufacturer directly. We can assist with providing contact information for the manufacturer.

If the game was bought in used condition and the missing or damaged part was not noted in the item description at time of order or prior to shipment please Contact Us within 30 days of receipt.

Wrong Item Received

If Rockin' B Games ships you the wrong product we will replace the item at no cost to you. Please Contact Us within 5 days of receipt.

Order Not Received

If you have not received your order within 5 business days of estimated delivery please Contact Us. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note delivery dates / days are estimates only and do not guarantee delivery other than Next Day Guaranteed*. Please account for holidays and weekends when reviewing delivery date / day estimates as holidays and weekends will impact the delivery time frame.

*Next Day Guaranteed must be ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday to be shipped same day. Orders requesting Next Day Guaranteed received after 2pm Eastern, on weekends, or holidays will not be shipped until next business day. Also, please account for holidays and weekends when reviewing delivery date/day of arrival and requesting this service as holidays and weekends will impact the delivery time frame.

Continental US

Shipping carriers available include FedEx, UPS and the United States Postal Service.

Delivery to PO Boxes is via USPS or UPS Sure Post or FedEx Smart Post.

Alaska & Hawaii

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is via United States Postal Service either by Ground Advantage, Media Mail (books), or Priority Mail.  USPS Priority Express Mail is also available.


Shipping to APO / FPO is via United States Postal Service - Priority Mail.


International shipping is available via United States Postal Service either by 1st Class International (less than 4 pounds) or by Priority Mail International (less than 70 pounds per box).  

USPS First Class has limited to no tracking outside the USA. It depends on the operations of your home country. USPS Priority Mail does have tracking outside the USA.

Customs, Duties & VAT

Any applicable customs processing fees, import duties, service charges, and VAT are at the full expense of the customer.

Insurance / Declared Value / Liability

FedEx Domestic: The first $100 of liability coverage is free and auto-included.  Additional charges apply for a declared value over $100 and is at the customer's request.

UPS Domestic: The first $100 of liability coverage is free and auto-included.  Additional charges apply for a declared value over $100 and is at the customer's request.

USPS Domestic: The first $100 of liability coverage is free and auto-included when using Priority or Priority Express Mail.  Additional charges apply for a declared value over $100 and is at the customer's request.

USPS International: Additional charges apply for a declared value and is at the customer's request.  Express Service provides insurance at no charge for the first $100. Insurance is not available on USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelopes or Small Flat Rate Boxes.  Some countries may not honor USPS insurance.

Signature Required Service

Signature required service is available upon request for those customers who are concerned about packages being left by the delivery service when no one at the recipient's designated address is available to receive deliveries.


Like old fashioned ice cream all orders are carefully hand-packed.  Rockin' B Games uses a variety of new boxes and packing material to protect your orders. Each item is carefully reviewed prior to packaging to make sure it is in the advertised condition.  If a problem is found you will be notified immediately and presented options.
