How Pre-Orders Work:

Customers are only obligated to pay a 50% down payment on the sale price of the pre-order item at time of order. The balance, including shipping and applicable sales tax (OH residents) is due upon receipt of a final invoice and prior to shipping. Options are available to pay 75% or 100% down of the product sale price and be invoiced for any remaining balance including shipping and applicable sales tax.

Pricing: Each item description will list the MSRP price, Rockin’ B Games sale price, an estimated shipping price based on a USA continental states street address, and the down payment pricing.

Dates: Each item description will list several important dates. The first date is the Last Day to Pre-Order; pre-orders will no longer be accepted after this date. The second date is the Expected Arrival Date which is the manufacturer’s expected release date. The third date is the Customer Cancellation Request Date; cancellations after this date that are made at the sole request of the customer will be given a 90% refund or a 100% store credit of their down payment.
